In-Store Purchases

At this time, Greenhead Cannabis Co. products are available for in-store purchase only. Our Site allows you to browse available products and view pricing. Online checkout and shipping features will be introduced at a later date.

Payment

Payments for in-store purchases must be made at the time of sale using approved methods. You agree to pay all applicable sales taxes and fees associated with your purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Greenhead Cannabis Co. does not currently offer online ordering or shipping.
All purchases must be completed in person at one of our licensed retail locations.
Future updates to our Site will provide e-commerce and delivery options as regulations and operations allow.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returns, refunds, and damaged item claims. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in that policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All Greenhead Cannabis Co. products are intended for adult use (21+) in accordance with applicable state laws. It is your responsibility to know and comply with local regulations regarding the possession, use, and transportation of cannabis-derived products. We do not condone or support illegal activity of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Butler County, Missouri.
