Delivery & Pickup Policy

No Shipping

We do not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up in-store or delivered within our approved local delivery area.

Local Delivery

We provide local delivery exclusively within the Poplar-area ZIP code. Deliveries are made at 6 PM.

Order Cutoff

Delivery orders must be placed at least 2 hours before your selected delivery time.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery on orders $100+
  • $5 delivery fee on orders under $100

ID Verification (Required)

A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of delivery.
The name on the ID must match the billing name used at checkout.
If identity cannot be verified or ID is not available, the order will not be delivered.

Missed Deliveries

If our driver is unable to reach you or verify your ID:

  • The order will be marked undeliverable
  • A redelivery may be offered at our discretion
  • Additional delivery fees may apply

In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available at either of our locations:

  • Poplar
  • Eminence

Select “Pickup” at checkout and choose your preferred location.

Pickup Requirements

  • A valid government-issued ID is required
  • ID name must match the billing name
  • Only the person who placed the order may pick it up

Pickup Window

Pickup is available during each location’s regular business hours.
Orders not claimed within 24 hours may be canceled and refunded.

Please review your order before completing checkout.
Changes may not be possible once the order is being prepared.
